Vintage 1940 Crosman Seed Co. Countertop Sign: Genesee Park Lawn Seed, NOS Unused Advertising

New Old Stock sign advertising Genesee Park Lawn Seed from Crosman Seed Corportation of East Rochester, NY. This piece is made of hard cardboard, measuring 12 1/8" x 7 5/8 inches & is a stand up countertop sign. It still has the original cardboard easel stand on the back which has not been spread open. It has incredibly vivid colors and wonderfully detailed graphics. It's hard to believe this sign is over 80 years old! We found it in a file cabinet folder inside a large envelope; it hadn't seen the light of day for most of its existence. At the top, it features a 1930s-era house surrounded by trees and of course a large, very green lawn in front. It also has a big sack of Genesee Park Lawn Seed with the Crosman name and logo.

We are also including an original NOS cotton grass seed sack, similar to the one in the sign, but different Crosman brand. The only flaw on this sign is a light corner bump at the bottom left that isn't readily apparent. This is the only one of these we found while searching the Crosman warehouse. It's a very scarce item and may be one of a kind! $55
