Warehouse Find! Here's a never-used, vintage, 1940s punchboard in mint condition! Typically found in shops, bars, social clubs, and taverns, a player would pay 25 cents to punch a hole on the inch-thick board. Inside the holes are tiny slips of paper with slot machine-type symbols printed on them. If the paper had one of the winning combination of symbols shown on the advertising portion of the punchboard, they won a prize. This board paid off in cigarettes! Players could win another punch or prizes of 100 to 300 cigarettes. This punchboard is very well preserved, and no holes have been punched. It had been in storage for decades and hadn't seen the light of day during that time. Great graphics and bright, vivid colors with only minor shelf wear. It's really a cool, old, gambling piece! You won't be disappointed!
