Here's a vintage 1940's-1950's Bingo punch board in never-used condition! This board has 1000 holes that were meant to be sold for 5 cents each. It had two ways to win: 1. Getting a BINGO paid $1.00. 2. Getting one of the lucky numbers paid 50 cents or 25 cents each, depending on the number. All of the holes are still intact; the metal punch is still sealed in the back of the board. Original and unaltered, this punch board measures 14 3/4" by 9 3/4" and is 3/4" thick. The serial number is on a label in the back. Primarily used as a gambling device, punch boards were also trade stimulators in bars, fraternal organizations, and retail establishments. They were popular in the USA from the early 1900s until about 1970 but their heyday was during the 1930′s, 1940′s and 1950′s. This one is in very nice shape with only minor aging!
