Authentic, World War 1, American Red Cross pinback in very good condition. Original manufacture's label still in place on the back. This is a scarce, 1918 Christmas campaign button that measures about 3/4 inches in diameter. Not rusted or damaged; very small mark near the top, otherwise very clean.
