Antique Primitive 19th Century Blacksmith Forged Iron Shears, Scissors

Mid-19th Century forged iron shears in good, as-found condition! These primitive scissors were crafted by a blacksmith and are still sharp and functional. Crude, ancient-looking handles with finger holes crafted of curled iron. Found among other early tools in an old barn, these wrought iron shears are well-preserved although there's some rust on the handles along with a very old patina throughout! Each side has a hallmark in the shape of a rooster stamped in the outside of both of the blades along with the manufacturer's name 'SANTIAGO J CAMPO CORONADA'. These are about 11 1/2 inches long when closed. This early, handcrafted tool is guaranteed old and authentic! Great-looking, displays nicely and well made!
