This is a vintage Lindgren-Turner style water-slide decal souvenir from the state of Idaho. It's new-old stock, never has been used and is in very good condition, complete in its original glassine sleeve. It's dated 1951 and features Idaho's number one export, The Potato. It shows a large one coming out of the ground, complete with a crown that says "King Spud". The caption below it reads: "Can't Keep a Good Spud Down." It has the bright, vivid colors like all the souvenir decals popular at the time. These were often affixed to suitcases, car bumpers, camper windows, and such, after a visit to the featured location. The back of the decal offers complete directions on how to affix it. This version was commissioned and sold by Ozark Gift House of Montgomery City, Montana. People collected them while traveling state to state. They are a disappearing form of Americana!
*First Class shipping only .73 cents; no additional postage for multiple decal purchases.
