Antique Country Primitive Carved Wooden Breadboard, Original Untouched Patina, Old Repairs, As Found!

Here's an untouched, primitive, round, antique breadboard in very good, as-found condition! It's original, dry, untouched patina is a true testament to its age and authenticity! It has a great, old, make-do repair of a split that adds loads of charm. This breadboard was always a breadboard; it dates back to the late 1800s and was found among similarly aged antiques. Its handle is carved and has whimsical notches along with a hole for hanging. It's handcrafted out of a single plank of wood, not made from reconditioned or reclaimed lumber as many of the ones offered today are. This piece has rich, wonderful, coloring and a surface that only usage and the passage of time could have created. Every mark, groove, stain, and imperfection are what makes this board beautiful! Nothing has been added to enhance its appearance; we haven't even cleaned it! It measures 19 1/8 inches in total length (including the handle), 13 1/2 inches wide (at its widest), and is 1/2 inch thick. The handle alone measures 5 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide. There is no rot or woodworms or other damage. We are offering it as a handsome piece of kitchen decor. Food items should not be placed on it unless cleaned and treated with mineral oil.
