Extra Long Vintage Wooden Produce Crate; Fruit Vegetable Farm Box from Peters Canning Company, Hollywood

We found this extra long wooden produce crate in an old barn and it has a very nice look! Both ends of this box have very distinct burned-in stenciling that advertises: "Peters Canning Co., Hollywood." It's a very well built crate with thicker than usual planks that have nice graining. Extra detail went into the carrying handles for durability. It measures 24 inches long, 13 inches wide and 12 1/4 inches high; it weighs just over 10 pounds. It's just as we found it and it's the only one with this company's advertising that we discovered. As the photos show, it displays very nicely and would likely look even more fabulous if wiped down with some orange oil. We guarantee it to be old and authentic.
