Here's an outstanding advertising piece in never-used condition! This is an original 1951 Counter Carton of Kool Aid for display in a store with 48 unopened packets! It comes in an original shipping sleeve/box that only retailers saw which protected the display and contents from damage. This is dated 1951 and was manufactured and sold by the company of Kool-Aid's founder, Perkins Products Co. (Two years later, the brand was sold to General Foods.) The display and packets are in excellent shape with bright, vivid colors and fabulous period graphics. Packets were priced at 5 cents each or 6 for $1.00. Outer sleeve has advertising and suggestions for the retailer. It is missing the flaps on one end. The counter display itself measures 11 inches long, 9 1/2 inches high and 4 inches wide. This is a great general store item that looks great when set up and is certainly a rare, intact piece! Only one available!
