This book is in nice condition with clean covers. The pages are light, bright, and minimally tanned from age. The spine is in very good condition on the outside but there may be a snapped sewing support, which allows the sections to pivot past their intended angle, despite this the overall binding remains tight. No loose or missing pages. Christmas message on first page (pictured). Very readable and displays well.
