Vintage 4" wide diecut display card with 12 brightly colored hair pins that say Deka-Luxus which is German for decadent luxury. These are Pre-WW2 German-produced and are marked "Made in Germany and are 1930s or older. This is original unsold old store stock in unused condition. The colors are vivid and the image of the vintage lady is detailed and fabulous!
