Early 1900s Antique Wooden Advertising Shipping Crate: Lily Brand Salmon

Sorry, this item has sold.

Here's an old wooden advertising box we found in an old barn on a fourth generation farm! It's a shipping crate that once held 48 tins of Lily brand Salmon. Both ends of this box have advertising for the company featuring great graphics including a big salmon! There's also a logo for the Alaska Packers Association. This very old crate is just as we found it and we believe it will clean up some, making the advertising even more sharp. This box is solid, sturdy and sound; it's not rickety or fragile. It measures 20 1/4" L, 13 1/4" W, and 10" H. Photos taken on sunny day, actual colors are a little darker. Great for storage of record albums, magazines, catalogs, newspapers, fireplace logs, etc. Also a great looking crate for display in county or rustic settings, kitchens, restaurants, and family rooms!
