5 different authentic World War 1 Liberty Loan (Bond) pins from an estate. A Liberty Bond/Loan was a war bond that was sold in the United States to support the Allied cause in World War I. These buttons were worn by Americans to show off their contributions to the war effort and to spur others to help the country as well. They are small symbols of patriotic duty that also introduced the idea of financial securities to many citizens for the first time. These pins are in good shape and could use a little cleaning. They have nice graphics and vivid colors; a couple have just a little aging or wear. Overall, they are well-preserved for being more than a hundred years old! It's a great opportunity to own WW I-related artifacts for just $25!
