Original Vintage New York Liberty Vanity License Plates: PQS

Here's a matched pair of vintage New York State license plates in good condition. They feature the Statue of Liberty and have become popular among collectors and decorators. These are original vanity plates that have the letters PQS. "Q" is an unusual letter for license plates because many states won't issue the letter "Q" because it can get confused with the letter "O" when read from a distance. The Statue of Liberty is to the left on state issued vanity plates like these ones; the statue is in the center on standard plates. These are in good shape with one better than the other.
