Here's a set of 5 matching, antique, white porcelain door knob sets that were salvaged from the same farmhouse. As an added bonus, we are including the matching porcelain escutcheon backing plates instead of selling them separately. We think it would be nice to keep them together since they have been so, for more than a hundred years! We re-tapped the metal connecting shafts (10-24) and installed new round-headed screws that keep the knobs in place. We also added a dark patina to the screws so they blend in well. You may decide you prefer flat-headed screws which are available at most hardware stores. Together with the escutcheons, there are enough to get a good jump on a period home restoration project! The knobs are in nice shape but show some age with random discoloration. One handle has a crackle-like look but did indeed come from the same house and is the same style as the others. Together with the escutcheons, this is a nice deal for $100!
