Antique Banded Galvanized Steel Milk Pail with Cover; Old Metal Milk Can with Bale Handle

Charming, antique, 5 quart milk pail with bail handle in very good condition. Made of galvanized steel with two iron bands, it has its original cover and stands 12 inches tall, not including the handle. The bottom has a
7 1/2 inch diameter while the opening measures 4 3/4 inches across. It has a triangular brass tag with the number 5 stamped in it. Quite unique, this little milk can was discovered hanging in an old barn just a few weeks before we listed it here, It displays wonderfully and is the only one like it we have ever come across!
