29 Antique Brass Sleigh Bells on Long Leather Strap; Authentic Original 19th Century 1 1/4" Jingle Bells

Just in time for Christmas! Here's a 53 inch leather strap with 29 brass sleigh bells, each measuring 1 1/4 inches in diameter. We discovered these in an old barn just a few days ago where they had been hanging on a wall for generations. Other than to check if the bells were brass, we haven't done anything to alter their original, primitive state. They are dirty, dusty, and still have an old, unspoiled patina, which some people like. They will polish up if you want to put in the elbow grease. We like the original look so we left them as-found and are offering them in their untouched condition. The old leather strap is stiff and has cracks but its still intact and isn't in danger of breaking unless mishandled. It could be treated to help preserve and condition it. Total length of the strap of bells is about 53 inches. Of course, when shaken, these bells make the most wonderful sound you would expect!
