Vintage Sheriff Patrol Plexiglass Sign

Here's a vintage Sheriff's sign we found while clearing out an estate. It's made of plexiglass and has reflective lettering that reads "Sheriff Patrol". In fact, the lettering is so reflective, it caused our photos to be darker than they should be. The sign is bright red, like the image that shows the back. This sign likely came off a retired Sheriff cruiser in the 70s or 80s. It measures 24 inches long and 6 inches high and lettering is 3 3/4 inches high. Being plexiglass, there are some fine scratches and wear. However, it displays well and would make great wall art for a man cave! It also would be a nice gift for a law enforcement officer!
