This is a vintage Lindgren-Turner style water-slide decal souvenir from the state of Washington. It's old stock, never has been used and is in excellent condition, complete in its original glassine sleeve. It's dated 1951 and features Washington's Mt. Rainier. It also highlights apples and potatoes as famous crops grown there. It has the bright, vivid colors like all the souvenir decals popular at the time. These were often affixed to suitcases, car bumpers, camper windows, and such, after a visit to the featured location. The back of the decal offers complete directions on how to affix it. This version was commissioned and sold by Ozark Gift House of Montgomery City, Montana. These are a disappearing form of Americana.
