Antique Country Primitive Wooden Coffee Grinder in Old Paint, Coffee Mill, Rustic As-Found Kitchen Decor

Here's a fabulous, forgotten old coffee grinder we found hidden away in the cellar of an old farmhouse! It's straight from where it spent more than half a century and is almost exactly as we found it. The only thing we did was dust it off!

This coffee mill dates back to the early 1900s and is a bit different from the others we have offered recently. It's mainly made of wood and it has a very cute hopper on top with a swing-open cover that's still attached. The grinding mechanism still works; coffee grounds end up at the bottom where a drawer used to be. The surface has old, dark orange/light brown paint with a grungy, worn patina giving it a great look! It still has an embossed metal tag with the name ELMA.

The box portion of this coffee mill measures 5 1/8 inches long, 5 1/4 inches wide and about 5 1/2 inches high, including the hopper cover. With the grinder arm, it is about 8 inches high. It's structurally sound, still sturdy and not falling apart. If you like to decorate your kitchen with country antiques and untouched primitives, you'll love this cute, original, weathered, as-found piece!
