Vintage WWII Era: Astor Brand Pure Bay Leaves, Full Box, Old Stock, Country Store, Warehouse Find Spices

NOS vintage full box of Astor brand Pure Bay Leaves. Manufactured by B. Fischer Co., Inc. New York, N. Y. This is old stock from the 1940s when there was a metal shortage during WWII. Following the war, the company returned to using tin box containers and then years later, a plastic design. This box reads: "The Quality Of ASTOR BRAND PRODUCTS Is Guaranteed And Recognized Throughout The World." We have a small number available and each is in remarkably excellent unused condition with full contents. 4 1/8" tall, 2 1/4" long, 3/4" wide. Great country store item! See our other listing for B.
