Vintage 1950s Oregon Lindgren Turner Co. - Type Water Transfer Decal; Ozark Gift House Sticker

This is a vintage water-slide decal souvenir from the state of Oregon. It's old stock, never been used and is in excellent condition, complete in its original glassine sleeve. It's dated 1951 and features a pioneer with a shotgun with a covered wagon in the background. It also features the Old Oregon Trail. It has bright, vivid colors common to all the souvenir decals popular at that time. These were often affixed to suitcases, car bumpers, camper windows, and such, after a visit to the featured location. The back of the paper holding the decal offers complete directions on how to affix the decal. This one is marked Ozark Gift House although looks very similar to water slide decals from Lindgren Turner Co. These are a disappearing form of Americana not often found anymore.
