Vintage 1920s PURITY COFFEE 1lb Tin Can with Original Paper Label; Frey-Weaver Co., Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Antique 1 pound Purity tin Coffee can with original paper label! This one dates to the 1920s and is a rare find! The can is in very good shape with very little rust and comes with its original cover. It measures 5 1/2 inches tall and has a 4 3/8 inch diameter. The label is mostly intact with about 2/3 of the thin strip that was on the edge of the lid missing. The label has staining and small pieces missing on one side. Many of these paper label cans didn't survive so it is a scarce one. Purity Coffee was roasted and packed by Frey-Weaver Co. of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This piece displays well and would look great in any kitchen or as part of a advertising memorabilia collection!
